Appreciate spectacular water vistas of both the ocean and the sound in the multi-level floor plan oceanfront condo located on the north end of Wrightsville Beach known as Shell Island. Wrightsville Dunes offers private beach access, community pool (open mid-May thru mid September), tennis courts, elevators and assigned parking for 2 cars and simple access to kayaking and paddle boarding on the sound.

This refreshed, multi-level floor plan, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo provides unobstructed view and comfortable, open living/dining/kitchen areas that are ideal for both calming and entertaining. Kitchen has been completely remodeled with new appliances and everything you'll need for cooking. Living space & primary bedroom both flow conveniently to a covered oceanfront balcony for additional relaxing area after a day at the beach.

All 3 baths have been completely updated with all new tiled showers with glass doors, and handsome new floors.

*Included: WIFI, entirely supplied kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)!
