Nana's Nest, a comfortable privately owned single family home located 17 rows from the ocean on the East end of the Island. Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 2 color cable TVs, DVD player, stereo/cd player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screened porch (front and back) & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** home and accepts up to 2 dogs for an additional Fee....***NIGHTLY RENTALS - 3 NIGHT MINIMUM - Nightly units require a departure maid service. *** HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING

• Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
