Welcome to Resting Beach Face! This spectacular 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom vacation home on Oak Island is an absolute dream come true. Located just across from the beach access, it was constructed in 2017 and features a wide range of opulent amenities that will leave you and your group with a lasting impression. Savor days calming by the private saltwater pool or on one of the multiple balconies, where you can soak up some sun and take in the charming vistas. Every inch of this home has been thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes, such as granite countertops, bespoke tile floors, and two primary suites (one on each level) with their own full bathrooms. This floor is complete by a half bath and multiple doorways that lead out to the top-level balconies — ideal for catching the gorgeous Oak Island sunsets!

Heading downstairs to the lower level, you'll find the second primary suite with a plush king-size bed, enormous flatscreen TV, and a door with direct access to the first-floor balcony! The ensuite bathroom has a massive tiled walk-in shower and dual vanity. Down the hall, the third bedroom features a double bed, a twin-size bed, and a flatscreen TV. We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, a dishwasher pod, a washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
