Chase the Dream II is a handsome and cavernous home just steps from the shining water of Ocean Isle Beach. Six bedrooms with a king size bed and bathroom for each. Sit back and savor the casual ambiance while appreciating your morning coffee or an evening conversation from the roomy covered decks. This home has an elevator to make moving from floor to floor a breeze. A new pool was added for the 2024 season, so get your sunscreen ready. The pool can be heated for $100/day.  Pool and hot tub can only be heated April - October.  This is a privately owned home and is professionally managed by Sunset Properties.

Chase the Dream II has freshly been purchased & added to our inventory. The owner has installed all new furnishings, carpet, linens, as well as new HVAC systems.

This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be supplied at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

When to reserve a Carolina Beach rental home & When to go:

• Summertime is high season in Ocean Isle Beach. To find the best rental for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.
• In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.

• Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental property and/or property management company was terrific, they always love to hear your praise.
