"Sunshine" A privately owned ocean front single family home located on the East end of the Island. Sunset Vacations provides the management of this home. Savor the covered porch and the salty breezes or bask in the sun from the sun deck. The beach access is located at the 15th Street walkway, just seconds from the home. This home is Non Smoking and accepts up to 2 dogs for an additional fee. Nightly units require a 3 Nighttime Minimum stay and also require a departure maid service. Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is by the ocean. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve, while Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
• Property management companies sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Property managers often offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

• Specific information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly available on booking pages. If they are not listed, email the property manager before reserving the rental. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds in living rooms.
• Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or may be applied to your contract.

• Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are away, just like you would back home.
