- Back: Roomy back deck with a modest ocean view on the left-hand-side. Cozy cushioned furnishings, coffee table, and bar table. Listen close to hear the waves while hanging out in the back!
- An outdoor shower head and foot-wash is located on the very bottom level of the back of the home. Hot & cold!

- Beach Towels NOT included.

☀ EXTRAS ☀
- Included: Enough shampoo/conditioner/body soap, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent pods, dishwasher pod, and kitchen "goodies" to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

-- Evidence of smoking in the home or by outdoor furnishings will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee to remove the smell.
☀ Please do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items.
- These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
☀ Please respect "Quiet Hours" that are from 10PM - 7AM.
-- Please be considerate of your noise level with guests that stay in the separate apartment below.
☀ Please do not tamper with the owners closet or security camera located on the exterior.
☀ Please be respectful of our neighbors and do not walk through neighbors yards.
☀ In order to avoid potential staining, please do not use bleach to clean anything during your stay.
-- I have professional cleaners who use premium-grade disinfectant products in between guest stays to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness.
☀ Only stainless steel cleaner may be used on stainless steel appliances.
-- Other cleaning solutions will cause stainless steel to rust, so please do not use them on the appliances.

☀ Check-in is at 4PM & check-out by 10AM.
-- Early check-in & late check-out is not available due to our COVID-19 cleaning protocols.
-- No parking on premises before check-in time or after check-out time, to allow for cleaners to enter/exit driveway.

• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. • Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
