BlackBird Guide Services provides inshore and nearshore fishing charters with the goal of providing a trip that you will never forget. Whether you are a first timer looking to catch your first saltwater fish or you are an experienced fly angler looking to sight fish redfish, BlackBird Guide Services caters to all sorts of anglers. Capt. Cam (founder) grew up in Wilmington and has been fishing the backwaters and nearshore waters of Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Topsail Island, Bald Head Island, Southport, Figure Eight and the Cape Fear River for his entire life. On these trips depending on your location, where the fish are the thickest and convenience for the customer will determine where you fish. The targeted species vary depending on the time of year but include Red Drum, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Sheepshead, Striper, Spanish Mackerel, Sharks and many more!
