The Sunsetter sits right across the bridge onto Wrightsville Beach overlooking Banks Channel and is just steps from the beach.  It has been uniquely modernized with one of a kind finishes and tasteful interior design, paying homage to the building's history while bringing it up to date with a Malibu surf style feel!  It has quickly become one of Wrightsville Beach’s most exclusive stays with its biggest attraction being the nearly 800sq.ft. entirely turfed private rooftop deck.

*There is NO assigned parking for the unit, we do provide ONE Wrightsville Beach residential parking pass which accepts you to park in many of the spaces around the island for complimentary (restrictions will be on the back side of the pass).

Getting Around:
1 Town of Wrightsville Beach parking pass will be on the counter at check-in. Rules and regulations for parking will be on the back side of the pass.
Paid parking is enforced from 03/01-10/31, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily at the rate of $5.00 per hour.

Other Things to Note:
1. NO assigned parking- One WB parking pass included.

3. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
4. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
5. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

• Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is often accessible online. If you don't see them listed, contact the host before booking the property. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches. You will need to determine what bed configuration is optimal for your family.
• If your group is bringing pets, you'll need to find a pet-friendly vacation rental. Request information on breed, weight, and type requirements. Usually, property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
• If there's a specific Carolina Beach destination you are enamored with, search for rentals that are either close by, or those that cater to your desires.
• Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.

• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
